Dwayne is currently the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. As a Board Member of Acts 29 Network he is Director for Pastoral Care. Dwayne, in addition to being a pastor, is enthusiastic about educating the future generation. He is a Board Director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written several online articles and is a co-author on Christ Centered biblical counseling, Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne has three children and a wife Leslie.
